When we're at school, it's really common to find ourselves working in a team with other people – whether it’s joining a sports game at lunchtime, or working with classmates on a school project. When we're young, we usually do these things without thinking too much about what it is that actually makes the team work. Instead, we let our natural behaviours and instincts lead.
As we get older, however, we generally need to be more conscious about how we work with others, and make sure we take positive steps to create an effective and inclusive team dynamic.
The resources in this section will equip you with ideas about how to work well with others, and give you a head start when you enter the world of work.
